Returns

We offer 30 Days Money back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Dermalure product, return it to us and we’ll refund the amount charged for the purchase. There is a 25% Return Fee and Shipping fees are non refundable if the product has been opened and used.  Customer is responsible to ship the product back to the merchant to receive a product refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be securely sealed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, or have leaked the materials of the contained product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer must obtain a RMA before any return. Please contact our customer service to obtain your RMA number. ” [email protected] ” Once RMA is obtained, the product must be returned with in 15 days.  

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we aim to process it within 3 business days. An email notification will be sent to confirm the receipt of your returned item. Subsequently, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.

For opened and used products, returns must not exceed one-third of the bottle’s size to be eligible for a refund; otherwise, a 50% return fee will apply. Additionally, we conduct thorough inspections of opened and used products to ensure they have not been tampered with and that their pH levels remain within specified limits

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returned Package / Unclaimed or Incorrect shipping Address Provided (if applicable)

Our return policy stipulates that in the event of a returned package due to an address error or if the package remains unclaimed, a refund credit will be issued to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned package, excluding any incurred shipping fees.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: PO Box 16748 North Hollywood, California 91615.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product with your RMA number within 15 day to: PO Box 16748 North Hollywood, California 91615. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
